Mike has over 35 years’ experience in international consultancy, major programme delivery and all facets of Enterprise Risk Management.

Key roles:

- Head of Enterprise Risk for High Speed Two

- Head of Risk & Value, Network Rail South East and Thameslink

- Head of Project Controls, Risk and Assurance, Heathrow Airport

- Group Risk Manager and Crisis Manager, Lend Lease Corporation

Mike spent 15 years delivering progressively more significant projects and programmes giving him a strong understanding in how to deliver successful projects.

He ran a risk management consultancy in the 1990's delivering advice and support on infrastructure activity and ERM solutions for blue chip clients in a variety of sectors and locations across the globe before focusing on corporate risk support.

Mike has contributed to several industry initiatives and has won awards in Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management.
